Do you create customised pieces (commissions)?
Yes. Please select the ‘Commission Piece’ item on the store page and specify what you’d like.
Do you provide refunds?
Once your item has shipped, it is no longer possible to provide a refund.
Where can you ship orders to?
Shipping is available to these locations: USA, Canada, South America, Europe, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
Note: ‘large’ sized commissions cannot be shipped to locations outside of the USA unless you arrange it first via email before ordering.
Similarly, send an email beforehand if you need an order delivered to a country not listed above.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
It normally takes between 2 to 4 weeks for an order to be shipped. Please allow for an additional week if you’ve ordered a commission piece.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal are accepted.
